Reflections from our Taize service
Trinity Sunday and Civic Service
In case you missed the bells this morning
Click play on the audio file below for a short blast of St Cuthberts’ bells, being rung by members of the South Cheshire Branch of the Chester Diocesan Guild of Church Bell Ringers, who visited us this morning.
Whilst the bells were ringing, the Choir were singing in Church, rehearsing for tomorrow.
It’s wonderful to see the church busy.
This weekend at St Cuthberts
All welcome to Morning Prayers at 9am on Saturday, mainly focusing on the Sunday services and praying for the people we will meet at church;
Later in the morning we welcome a team of visiting bellringers. Listen out for them;
Sunday is Trinity Sunday starting with Communion at 8.30am;
Civic Service with communion at 10am when we welcome the new Mayor;
At 4pm we have our monthly Taize reflective time of worship;
Then to finish off the weekend we have Evening Prayer at 6pm.
We hope to see you at one of these services. If is to be your first visit to St Cuthberts, please make yourself known to one of the sidespeople, who will help you feel at home.
